Walnuts sauce

Our walnut sauce, with a rich but delicate flavor, is one of the highlights of traditional Ligurian cuisine.  Dense and with a characteristic aroma, it is excellent as a condiment for first courses, to flavor the filling of ravioli or pansotti, delicious as an appetizer spread on croutons or on a slice of grilled bread.
