Artichokes cream

A widely used product in the traditional Ligurian recipes, excellent for pasta dishes, suitable to flavor the filling of ravioli or pansotti, to prepare delicious pies, crostini, bruschettas or canapés.
Simple but tasty recipe created from the artichokes in wedges by adding oil and oregano.
