Paprika pesto

Variant of the classic Genoese pesto obtained with peppers. The result is a tasty product with a sweet and slightly spicy taste, perfect as a condiment for a first course but also to enrich the main courses, accompany white meats and as an appetizer on croutons and bruschettas.
